¶ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant, Aaron Torix, appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Defendants/Appellees, Tim Brown and the Town of Webbers Falls, in Plaintiff's action for defamation, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
