¶ 1 The trial court entered judgment in favor of numerous plaintiffs after a non-jury trial in their fraud and negligence action against Ford Motor Company (Ford) and its defunct car dealership in Nowata, Oklahoma. Ford's appeal and the plaintiffs' counter-appeal were consolidated for review.
