¶ 1 On May 9, 2011, Larry D. Wagener, OBA # 15613, filed a petition for reinstatement to the Oklahoma Bar Association as an active member. A hearing before the Trial Panel of the Professional Responsibility Tribunal was held on August 29, 2011, and the trial panel unanimously recommended that petitioner be reinstated.
