¶ 1 In a petition filed on November 25, 2008, HSBC Bank USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFHET 2006-2 (hereinafter HSBC), claiming to be the present holder of the note, initiated a foreclosure action against Wesley B.
