¶ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant Bernestine Johnson (Johnson) brought a wrongful termination suit against Defendant/Appellee St. Simeon's Episcopal Home, Inc. (St. Simeon's). Johnson alleged she was discharged in retaliation for filing two Workers' Compensation claims.
