¶ 1 Complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (the Bar), filed a complaint pursuant to Rule 6 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), 5 O.S.2001, Ch. 1, App. 1-A,1 against Respondent, Joe Richard Passmore, II, on March 25, 2011.
