¶ 1 Appellant Susan Rollans Pryor was tried by jury in the District Court of Tulsa Count, Case No. CF-2008-691, and found guilty of First Degree Manslaughter in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 711(2).1 The jury recommended fifteen years imprisonment and the Honorable Tom C.
