¶ 1 James A. Coddington was tried by jury and convicted of Murder in the First Degree in violation of 21 O.S.1991, § 701.7, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CF-97-1500. In accordance with the jury's recommendation, the Honorable Jerry D. Bass imposed a sentence of death. This Court affirmed Coddington's conviction, but reversed the sentence, and remanded the...
