SMITH, Judge.

¶ 1 Kevin Wayne Robinson was tried by jury and convicted of Murder in the First Degree in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 701.7, in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF-2008-2277. In accordance with the jury's recommendation the Honorable Kurt Glassco sentenced Robinson to life imprisonment.
