¶ 1 Gregory Eugene Jones, Appellant, was tried by jury and found guilty of Counts 1 and 2, child sexual abuse, in violation of 10 O.S.Supp.2008, § 7115(E); after former conviction of two (2) or more felonies, in the District Court of Creek County, Case Number CF-2009-89.
