¶ 1 Nicole Sharie Heath was charged by Information in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CF-2008-7239, with one count of Robbery in the First Degree, under 21 O.S.2001, §§ 791-800 (Count I). Heath was charged with acting jointly with her co-defendant, Rhonda L. Atchison, in this single count of first-degree robbery.
