¶ 1 Defendant/Appellant, Passenger Transportation Specialists, Inc., d/b/a Red Carpet Charters (PTS), appeals the trial court's order granting a "Motion to Correct Domesticated Foreign Judgment to Reflect the Correct Name of the Defendant" filed by Plaintiff/Appellee, Custom Radio Corporation (CRC).
