¶ 1 This is an appeal from a judgment in equity in favor of The City Of Enid, Oklahoma (City) and against Manufacturers Guild, Inc. (Owner), allowing demolition of Owner's building and denying Owner's injunctive request to prohibit its destruction and allow Owner to complete repairs.
