¶ 1 The issue presented for certiorari review concerns the circumstances under which a trial court can award an attorney's fee to a plaintiff who prevails on his claim and defendants' counterclaims following transfer of the case from the small claims docket to the district court civil docket. More particularly, we are asked to determine whether an attorney's fee can be awarded under 12 O.S.2001 § 1757(C)
