¶ 1 This case concerns a dispute over the support alimony and child support provisions in the parties' 2007 divorce decree. These provisions state:

The Respondent should be and is hereby ordered to pay spousal support to the Petitioner of $4,000.00 per month for a period of ninety (90) months (7½ years). The Respondent's payments shall commence on the first day of February, 2007, and shall continue on the first day of each month thereafter...
