Keeler (Keelers, collectively) appeal the trial court's December 2, 2008, order that granted Appellee GMAC Global Relocation Services' (GMAC) motion for summary judgment. Keelers complain that they purchased a residence from GMAC that had termite damage, as well as pool, hot tub, and guttering leaks...
