¶ 1 Traci R. Rowe (Mother) and Michael B. Rowe (Father) were divorced in 1998. They had one minor child, born December 18, 1996. In 2002 a shared parenting plan was entered into, with both parents having decision-making authority. On October 29, 2003, Donelle H.
