¶ 1 Appellant Randal Ray Hunt was tried by jury and convicted of First Degree Malice Murder (21 O.S.2001, § 701.7(A)), Case No. CF-2004-983, in the District Court of Oklahoma County. The jury found the existence of three aggravating circumstances and recommended the punishment of death.1 The trial court sentenced accordingly.
