¶ 1 In this tort and contract action growing out of a foreclosure, Defendant/Third-Party Plaintiff/Appellant David Daniel (Borrower)1 appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of Third-Party Defendant/Appellee Ameriquest Mortgage Company (Ameriquest).
