¶ 1 Marlin James Mack was tried by jury and convicted of two counts of Murder in the First Degree in violation of 21 O.S.2001, § 701.7(A), in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF-2002-2669. In accordance with the jury's recommendation the Honorable Gordon D. McAllister sentenced Mack to two sentences of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole...
