{¶ 1} Appellant, Mike Burkons, appeals the judgment of the Eighth District Court of Appeals dismissing his complaint for a writ of mandamus to compel appellee, the city of Beachwood, to terminate special prosecutor Stephanie Scalise. We affirm the judgment of the court of appeals because Burkons's complaint is moot.
