{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Mary Ann Diller, appeals the March 18, 2021 judgment of the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division. Defendant-appellant, Phyllis Diller, in her capacity as co-executor of the estate of Theodore C. Penno, appeals the same judgment.1
