JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Ronald Wilburn appeals his sentence, contending that the law under which he was sentenced — the Reagan Tokes Law — is unconstitutional. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.
