OPINION

{¶1} Appellant, Gregory S. Richards, appeals from the judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, denying his motion to vacate a previous judgment in foreclosure and order of sale, entered on certain real property, for failure of service. We reverse and remand the matter.
