OPINION

{¶ 1} After the trial court denied her motion to suppress, Barbara L. McGlinch pled no contest in the Darke County Municipal Court to operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol ("OVI"), in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(e), a first-degree misdemeanor.1
