{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant Lewis Merletti ("Merletti") appeals from the trial court's August 1, 2017 decision granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Jeremy Samide ("Samide") and Ann Katigbak ("Katigbak"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
