DECISION AND JUDGMENT

{¶ 1} Appellant, state of Ohio, appeals from the June 1, 2017 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas granting the motion of appellee, Charles Jeko, for a new trial. For the reasons which follow, we reverse.
