OPINION

{¶ 1} Kenneth Short appeals from his conviction after a bench trial in the Dayton Municipal Court for soliciting, in violation of R.C. 2907.24(A)(1), a misdemeanor of the third degree. Short was sentenced to ten days in jail, all of which were suspended.
