JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} Emilio Nunez, Jr., appeals his felonious assault conviction. Nunez was sentenced to an eight-year term of imprisonment, but does not challenge his sentence, only the finding of guilt. We affirm.
