{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Priscilla C. Arnholt, Executor of the Estate of Etta Brown, deceased, appeals the December 15, 2015 judgment of the Knox County Court of Common Pleas.

{¶ 2} Plaintiff-Appellee is Carles Brown.
