This cause is pending before the court upon the filing of a certification of default by the Board of Professional Conduct. On June 5, 2015, this court imposed an interim default suspension upon respondent, Beauregard Maximillion Harvey, pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(14)(B)(1).
