{¶ 1} On February 12, 2015, this court suspended respondent, Stephen Edwin Weithman, from the practice of law for a period of two years with the entire suspension stayed on conditions and ordered respondent to pay board costs in the amount of $1,617.65. Respondent has not paid board costs as ordered by the court. On July 8, 2015, this court issued an order to show cause why respondent should not be found in contempt and the stay of his suspension revoked...
