This cause is pending before the court upon the filing of a report by the Board of Professional Conduct. On July 10, 2015, the parties filed a joint motion for remand.
Upon consideration thereof, it is ordered by the court that the joint motion for remand is granted. This matter is remanded to the board for further consideration of the recommended conditions for respondent's reinstatement to the practice of law.
