{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, The CIT Group/Equipment Financing, Inc. d.b.a. Toshiba America Medical Credit (CIT), appeals from a decision of the Brown County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Brown County, Ohio.1 For the reasons outlined below, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
