MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING.

This cause originated in this court on the filing of a complaint for a writ of mandamus.

Upon consideration of respondents' motion for protective order regarding the depositions of Edward Fitzgerald and Frank Bova, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted.

O'DONNELL, J., concurs in granting the motion as to Bova, a nonparty, but would deny the motion as to Fitzgerald.
