Upon consideration of respondents' and intervening respondent's motions to dismiss, it is ordered by the court that the motions to dismiss are granted. Relator has an adequate remedy by way of appeal, R.C. 4903.13, and through the filing of a motion for stay, R.C. 4903.16. Accordingly, this cause is dismissed.
