{¶ 1} On September 4, 2013, this court suspended respondent, Mattheuw William Oberholtzer, from the practice of law for a period of 12 months, stayed the entire suspension, placed respondent on a 12-month monitored probation, and ordered respondent to pay board costs in the amount of $1,525.09. Respondent has not paid board costs as ordered by the court. On January 17, 2014, this court issued an order to show cause why respondent should not be found in contempt...
