DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Glen E. Fugate appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of forgery (uttering), R.C. 2913.31(A)(3), a felony of the fifth degree. Fugate filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on June 4, 2013.
