{¶ 1} Defendant Jennifer L. King has filed an affidavit with the clerk of this court under R.C. 2701.03 seeking to disqualify Judge Forrest W. Burt from presiding over any further proceedings in case No. 2007-DC-00470, a divorce action pending on a postdecree motion in the Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County.
