{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Shari Lewis, appeals two decisions of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas in favor of plaintiff-appellee, SRMOF 2009-1 Trust (Trust). Lewis appeals the trial court's decision (1) granting summary judgment and a decree of foreclosure in favor of the Trust, and (2) denying Lewis' motion to vacate that judgment.
