DECISION AND JUDGMENT

OSOWIK, J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Erie County Municipal Court, which following a bench trial and post-trial briefing by appellant, convicted appellant of one count of speeding, in violation of R.C. 5537.203. Appellant was ordered to pay a $20 fine and court costs. For the reasons set forth below, this court affirms the judgment of the trial court.
