RINGLAND, P.J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Terry L. Bach, Jr., appeals his conviction for robbery from the Warren County Common Pleas Court.

{¶ 2} The Dollar Tree Store in Franklin, Ohio was robbed on April 19, 2011, around 8:18 p.m. Subsequently, two acquaintances of Bach told police that Bach had admitted to the crime. On February 13, 2012, Bach was indicted and charged with robbery in violation of R.C...
