{¶ 1} On July 19, 2012, this court publicly reprimanded respondent, Ronald E. Seibel. Respondent was also ordered to pay costs in this matter. Respondent has not paid costs as ordered by the court. On February 26, 2013, this court issued an order to show cause why respondent should not be found in contempt and suspended for failure to comply with the court's order. Respondent did not file a response to the show-cause order.
