{¶1} The state of Ohio appeals from the decision of the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division, which granted appellee, Matt M. Schrock's, motion in limine. Mr. Schrock sought a determination that the BAC results from an Intoxilyzer 8000 test were not admissible at trial, and the trial court made such a determination based on the state's failure to present any expert testimony on the subject...
