{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Freda Koehler n.k.a. Rush, appeals from a judgment entry and final decree of divorce entered by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, which found that it did not have jurisdiction to modify a pre-existing spousal support order that had been set forth in a decree of legal separation. For the reasons discussed below, we reverse the trial court's decision...
