Guaranteed Asset Management, and Patrick Shivley, appeal the Logan County Court of Common Pleas' jury verdict finding that they committed fraud and awarding compensatory damages, punitive damages, and attorney fees to plaintiff-appellee, Clifford Cronkelton.
