{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Michael Dillehay, appeals the judgment of the Sidney Municipal Court convicting him of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol ("OVI") and driving in marked lanes. On appeal, Dillehay argues that the trial court erred in failing to suppress evidence obtained after police officers stopped his vehicle.
