{¶ 1} Terri L. Brewer (hereinafter "Brewer") appeals the judgment of the Meigs County Municipal Court, which convicted her of violating a protection order. Brewer's appellate counsel has advised this court that, after reviewing the record, he cannot find a meritorious claim for appeal. As a result, Brewer's appellate counsel has moved to withdraw under Anders v. California,
