{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Donald R. Neeley appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of menacing by stalking, in violation of R.C. 2903.211(A)(1), a misdemeanor of the first degree. Neeley filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on May 24, 2012.
