{¶ 1} Relator, Roger Mattscheck, commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order setting relator's average weekly wage ("AWW") at $331.67, and to enter an order setting AWW at $556.35.
